Sudipta karmakar is an Hotel Management graduate and has had very promising experience with renowned hotel chains like The Oberoi hotels & Taj group of Hotel & resort, Peerless INN Hotel etc. Sudipta had started his career at Taj Bengal Hotel’s banquet in 2002 right after passing Hotel Management and within a very short period of time he got promoted to Taj Bengal’s corporate club The Chamber’s where the members are Crèm de la Crèm of corporate world, during the period of his job at Taj Bengal hotel Sudipta co-ordinated many indoor and outdoor catering from Taj Bengal Banquet and that gave birth to the passion for outdoor catering services business, in 2006 He switched over to work on cruise industry & During the time span on Cruise Ships He worked with two world class luxury cruise liners “The Carnival Corporation UK” & a six star luxury liner “Silver-sea Cruises” while working on cruise Sudipta travelled almost 60 % places in the world gathering immense knowledge about international cuisines and Beverages, he worked for cruise industries for 6 long years before his passion for food & beverage service urged him to start his business “Tripti Food Factory” which later on became incorporated as Zaroma Personalised Services LLP

Suman Gosh is a hospitality professional with over 22 years of experience in India and abroad, He pursued his career in Hotel management in 1995 from IIHM (International Institute of Hotel management) Salt Lake Kolkata, After passing hotel management in 1998 Suman went onto join the very first restaurant of the ‘Speciality group of Restaurants’ at Mumbai and within 2 years he went overseas to work at a restaurant in Dubai named ‘Jewel of India’, Later on, during his career in hospitality industry, He worked in hotels like ITC Grand Central Mumbai, The Park Kolkata, Taj Bengal Kolkata, Radisson Hotels & various other Restaurants, Banquets in Kolkata, He even worked as General manager operation at Calcutta Boating Clubs & resorts Pvt. Ltd. before joining Zaroma Personalised Services LLP. as Director Sales & Operation

After Passing his college Banshidhar Pradhan started his career as an intern at Taj Bengal Hotel, During which He had gained very sound knowledge & hands -on experience about Banqueting & Out door Catering, He had coordinated many outdoor & in-door catering from Taj bengal before he went on to join Ambuja Neotia Hospitality, He even worked as General Manager Hotel Operation at Hotel “The Middleton Chambers” before finally joining Zaroma Personalised Services LLP. as General manager
